Refund and Replacement Policy
All of our products are subject to a no-nonsense refund and
replacement policy. We sell our products through downloadable, fully
functional evaluation copies, so purchasers have had the opportunity to
determine whether our products meet their needs. We will be pleased to
provide an extension of your evaluation period if you need additional time to
try one of our products. We do not issue refunds on purchased products
AFTER the license key has been emailed to you.
We are, however, pleased to replace any defective installation media and will
gladly assist customers with technical difficulties in making our product work
as intended.
