TimeCalc Classic™, the Time Card Calculator™ is our popular calculator program used for totaling payroll time cards and time sheets.  Anyone who has had the job of totaling employee time knows what a time-consuming and tedious process it is.  TimeCalc Classic is a specialized form of calculator that helps you get through this job quickly, with total accuracy.

One of the more striking features of TimeCalc Classic is its simplicity of use.  When you first use the program you select the units to be used for entering times and for displaying results.  For example, your time clock may report times in hours and minutes (08:15), but your payroll system may require hours and 100ths (08.25).  The program will automatically convert each entry from hours/minutes to hours/100ths.  After each employee's time is entered you simply select the next employee and proceed.

You are able to select both the entry and result units so that the process of converting times is totally within your control.

One simple report can be printed which summarizes the hours worked for each employee.  Some users prefer to use the Calculator Mode where no report is produced at all -- an on-screen total is created, you clear the total, and move on to the next employee. This program does not use a networked database; files can be shared by all users but only one user can have a given file open at a time.
