TimeCalc 2000

TimeCalc 2000 is our advanced time calculator tool for summarizing employee time sheet and time card data.  It gives you the tools you need to perform advanced functions such as automatic overtime calculation, advanced break deduction, flexible reports, and many other features.  While TimeCalc Classic can meet the needs of smaller businesses, those with more than a few employees will want to consider TimeCalc 2000 instead.

With its user-defined columns, TimeCalc 2000 allows you to annotate your time sheet summaries with important information such as miscellaneous withholdings from pay checks, special categories of hours worked, sick or vacation hours, and any other items you may need to use.  Employee hours can be summarized by department to facilitate gross pay allocations.  And multi-tier overtime accommodates the overtime requirements for most states.  TimeCalc 2000 can summarize any number of in/out sessions per day for any number of employees.
