License Key Research Request Form
 When you purchase any TimeCalc product, you receive a special
license key which activates your program. Without a license key, the
program will expire 30 days after installation. When you receive your
license key from us, it is important that you store it in a safe place in case
you need to reinstall your TimeCalc program.
If you purchased a CD with the program on it, the key was enclosed with the
CD. However, the best place to find it is often in your email. If
you ordered online, your registration key would have been sent to the email
address you used when the order was placed. We recommend you search the
emails on the PC where the order may have originated for the word timecalc
in the "FROM" address. Usually, you will find an email containing your
key.
In the event you are unable to locate your license key we are pleased to
attempt to locate it in our database for you. This form allows you to
submit a research request.
Important Note: License Key Research Requests are performed only
in response to this form. We are unable to research missing license keys
based on phone calls or emailed requests.
