To
assist you in solving problems which you may encounter, we have compiled these
lists of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Questions of a
general nature are presented below, while questions pertaining to a particular
product can be selected from the links on the left.
Should you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us using
the provided Support Contact form. This form
provides fastest way to get technical support for our products.
General FAQs
Q: Where can I find the version number of my program?
A: The newer versions of our products contain an About selection
which displays information about the program, including its version number.
If there is an About menu selection or icon, use it to get the
version number. Older versions of our products may not have an About
selection; for these, you can get the version number from the startup "splash"
screen which displays briefly as the program starts up.
Q: I've lost my License or Registration Key. What can I do?
A: If you purchased a CD with the program on it, the key was enclosed with the
CD. However, the best place to find it is often in your email. If
you ordered online, your registration key would have been sent to the email
address you used when the order was placed. We recommend you search the
emails on the PC where the order may have originated for the word timecalc
in the "FROM" address. Usually, you will find an email containing your
key. If that doesn't work, we are pleased to try and locate it for you in
our database; please use the License Key
Request Form
for this purpose. Important: Please provide all information
provided when your order was placed, such as name, company name, address, city,
state, and zip, as well as phone number. Also, please be sure to include
the product name. These requests are accepted only by email and
are not available by telephone. A reply may require from a few minutes to
a few hours.
Q: I'm having trouble installing the program. What should I do?
A: First, please be sure you are logged in as an administrator. You
generally must have administrative rights to install our programs.
If that doesn't help, please see the individual FAQ listing for your product, to
the left.
Q: Do your products require me to pay a recurring license fee?
A: No. When you purchase our product you purchase an indefinite license to
use it according to the terms stipulated in the license agreement.
Q: Can I purchase by check or purchase order?
A: Yes. Checks can be mailed to ProSystems, Inc., P. O. Box 20948,
Hot Springs, AR 71903. Arkansas residents must add 6.00%
state sales tax. Shipping for all products is $8.00, but shipping charges
are avoided if you do not order a CD. Workable versions of any
product you purchase will be downloadable from this website even after the
individual product is at the end of its life.
If you purchase by purchase order (PO), it is our policy to issue
a provisional key on receipt of the PO which allows unlimited use
of the product for 90 days while we await payment on our invoice. When the
invoice is paid, a permanent key is provided which permanently
registers the product.
Please be sure to include your email address with any check or PO so that
we can email your registration key to you. This will allow you to
begin using the activated program at the earliest possible time.
